Akenta is made from a careful selection of Vermentino di Sardegna Doc grapes, skillfully hand-picked and sparkling in autoclave (Charmat method); aged 6 months sur lie. Through this process the yeasts enhance fragrant aromas and allow the formation of a fine and persistent perlage.
Excellent as an aperitif and ideal with all fish, seafood and shellfish dishes.
