This noble cow’s milk cheese is made according to traditional methods to bring to your table all the flavour of an authentic and genuine product. Obtained from the milk of exclusively Sardinian cows raised in pastures, it has a pleasant and tasty aroma typical of cow’s milk, which is why it is often appreciated even by children. Its consistency is semi-hard and becomes more compact as it matures, with a minimum maturation of 30 days and up to 12 months. It is mainly presented as a table cheese, excellent on cold dishes or as a perfect companion for appetising hors d’oeuvres based on salami and vegetables in oil.
